The room was clean and well insulated, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep despite the hotel being nearly fully booked. The friendly staff made our family feel welcomed, and the ample parking was a bonus. However, we encountered a frustrating issue when charged for complimentary water bottles that were meant for us, which reflected poorly on their service approach. Also, the firmness of the beds was not ideal for everyone in our family.

Clean rooms and great location, but the food at the restaurant was a letdown.

I recently stayed at this hotel and loved the spacious room and super comfy bed—it felt like a home away from home! There’s a nice indoor pool to relax in and a cozy little restaurant for quick meals. The only hiccup was the slow elevator, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

Family with children should book this place
The staff was friendly, truly cared about us and the kids enjoyed the pool, even if we didn’t use it much. Also, I gotta say the rooms were clean and showed they actually put effort into keeping it maintained, felt good to come back to after a long day.
Wasn't exactly on the cheap side but worth it for the experience we had.

My visit was primarily to catch up with family nearby, and I appreciated the warm and inviting atmosphere in the lobby. The staff were truly accommodating, especially when it came to my needs as a senior traveler. Overall, the room I stayed in offered good comfort, though I did wish for some better seating options in the common areas.

Comfortable room with clean facilities. Noise from hallways made it hard to sleep. Proximity to Kaiser Permanente is great.

The hotel staff exuded friendliness and were very accommodating during my visit, quite an impressive feat! However, the absence of free breakfast and a few maintenance issues, like the slow-draining shower and some cleanliness concerns, detracted from the experience. It's a decent place overall, but there's room for improvement.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was pretty comfy overall. The beds were clean, but a bit firm for my taste. The room was well-insulated, so we didn't hear noise from other guests, which was a nice surprise. It felt modernish, but some fixtures showed the hotel's age. Also, the amenities were decent, though I would’ve loved a little more variety in the towels. Not a bad stay, really.

missingWrote a review on Apr 01spacious roomdecent bistrocomfortably laid outexcessive noise
The room featured a nice layout with a separate bedroom and living area, making it quite spacious. The Bistro offered a decent meal selection, and the coffee was reasonable enough to get you through the morning, though prices felt a tad high for what you receive.
The noise levels were a significant issue, coming from the parking lot and the entrance area, making it tough to catch any sleep, especially with cars honking and conversations cutting through the night. Additionally, the lack of a pool, despite listings suggesting otherwise, meant our plans for family fun were completely dashed as we had no option to cool off after a long trip.
